Registration
All presenters, exhibitors, and participants must complete registration to attend the conference. Please review the Conference Terms and Conditions before registering. Completing the registration process confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Registration Fee
The table below outlines the conference fee structure. Payments can be made by credit card. Participants from the University of Waterloo can pay using work orders.
Members of the HI-AM 2.0 Project can attend the conference for free, though registration is still required. Members will receive a registration code via email. For student participants, the code will be provided to supervisors for distribution.
Cancelation policy: Registrants can request a full refund before July 21, 2025. To request a refund, please contact accombook@waterloo.ca.
