Awards - HI-AM 2025

Student Awards

To celebrate and encourage excellence in student research, the HI-AM Conference features three categories of awards: Best Abstract, Best Poster, and Best Manuscript. Winners will receive:

First Place: $300 and a certificate
Second Place: $200 and a certificate
Third Place: $100 and a certificate

HI-AM 2022 award recipients

Best Abstract Awards

Abstracts will be evaluated by the review committee based on clarity, research impact, novelty, and alignment with the conference themes. The top three abstracts, with a student as the presenting author, will be awarded during the conference closing ceremony.

Best Poster Awards

Posters presented by students will be evaluated by the audience via an online voting system during the event, based on research impact and innovation, presentation quality, and organization and visual appeal. A QR code linking to the evaluation form will be included with each poster display, and presenters are encouraged to remind attendees to participate in the evaluation. The top three posters will be awarded at the conference closing ceremony.

Best Paper Awards

Manuscripts will be evaluated by the review committee based on originality and innovation, technical and scientific quality, significance of the results, and clarity of language and structure. Awards will be presented to the top three student-authored papers. These awards will be announced after the conference, following the completion of the review and publication process. Winners will be notified by email, and announcements will be made on social media.
