Abstracts will be evaluated by the review committee based on clarity, research impact, novelty, and alignment with the conference themes. The top three abstracts, with a student as the presenting author, will be awarded during the conference closing ceremony.
Student oral presentations will be evaluated by the audience via an online voting system during the event, based on research impact and innovation, presentation quality, and organization and visual appeal. A QR code directing to the evaluation form will be displayed at the start of the sessions, and presenters are encouraged to remind attendees to participate. The top three presentations will be awarded at the conference closing ceremony.

Manuscripts will be evaluated by the review committee based on originality and innovation, technical and scientific quality, significance of the results, and clarity of language and structure. Awards will be presented to the top three student-authored papers. These awards will be announced after the conference, following the completion of the review and publication process. Winners will be notified by email, and announcements will be made on social media.
