HI-AM 2.0 Members

A block of rooms has been reserved at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacobs for HI-AM 2.0 PIs, HQP, and invited members of the advisory committees. The booking fees will be covered directly by the project through a master account. We will reach out with instructions on how to confirm your accommodation needs and provide your reservation number. You do not need to contact the hotel directly to confirm your booking.

Please note that, per NSERC rules, representatives of HI-AM industry and government partners cannot be offered rooms under this arrangement. For alternative options, view the 'Other Participants' section below for hotels available at conference rates.
