Only one exhibition package is available for HI-AM 2026. The package is priced at $500 CAD, with no additional tax.
This package includes the following features:
  • Exhibition space: 8'x8' booth, identification sign, one 6' draped table, one round table, three side chairs, one waste basket, one 110 v outlet, one power bar
  • Logo recognition: conference website, program booklet, break slides
  • Complimentary full registration: One pass including tickets to conference dinner

  • Cancelation policy: Refunds or credits will not be issued for exhibition cancellations once payment is received. The HI-AM Conference reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event at its discretion. In the event of cancellation or postponement, a full refund will be provided.
