HI-AM 2.0 Members
A block of rooms has been reserved at Banff Centre's Professional Development Centre and Lloyd Hall for HI-AM 2.0 PIs, HQP, and invited members of the advisory committees. The booking fees will be covered directly by the project through a master account. We will reach out with instructions on how to confirm your accommodation needs and provide your reservation number. You do not need to contact the hotel directly to confirm your booking.
Please note that, per NSERC rules, representatives of HI-AM industry and government partners cannot be offered rooms under this arrangement. For alternative options, view the 'Other Participants' section below for hotels available at conference rates.
Other Participants
A number of rooms are available at hotels on the Banff Centre campus for non-member attendees, with daily rates as follows:
- Professional Development Centre Two-Bedded Room: $317
- Professional Development Centre One-Bedded Room: $317
- Lloyd Hall One-Bedded Room: $317
Rates are subject to applicable taxes, including 2% TIF, 4% ATL, and 5% GST, plus a $15 facility fee per room, per night.
Staying on campus provides the convenience of being within walking distance of the conference venue and other attendees. Hotel rooms can be reserved through this website until May 22, 2026. Afterward, bookings must be made directly with the Banff Centre Reservations at 1-800-884-7574 or reservations@banffcentre.ca, using the group code HIA2606. Please reserve your rooms as soon as possible, as availability is limited.
Suites or larger rooms may be requested, subject to availability, at higher rates than the standard conference rate. Please note that these room types cannot be booked through the reservation link and must be arranged directly with the hotel.
